Who doesn't love a perfectly made drink? There is an awesome little coffee shop down the hill from us that I strongly recommend checking out. It's called Eysals - A cool little acronym for Espresso Yourself and Smile A Latte - clever right? Breezy and I go for their strawberry smoothie. I've never before had a smoothie that I want to tell everyone about, it's velvet smooth, mmmmm so good! They roast their own beans and serve some special coffee called a toddy - not too sure what it is but I know I love it!

We had the opportunity to photograph a very special girl over the weekend. She is lovely inside and out and it was a true joy to photograph her. Kate is a senior at East Peoria and works with the elderly after school. It's obvious she lives not for herself, but for others and she is an inspiration. It's sessions like hers that make me love my job! Here's a few of our favs from Kate's session.
